We will walk-thru the areas you’re wanting to have cleaned, and properly evaluate your cleaning needs. At this time we’ll address any concerns you may have, and answer any questions as well. We can usually provide an accurate quote over the phone, but we will let you know what the final price will be before we start so there will be no surprises.

We will vacuum the carpet prior to cleaning to ensure we remove as much fine dry soil, and pet hair before we being cleaning. Many of our clients like to vacuum before we arrive, and that’s okay. We can always double check to ensure we get the best end result possible.

We ask that you remove small items out of the areas that we’ll be cleaning before we arrive, and secure breakables as well. We can slide furniture out from its original position, clean underneath, and then place plastic tabs or styrofoam blocks under the legs. This ensures no damage will occur to the furniture from the slightly damp carpet, and that the carpet doesn’t become damaged from a wooden or metal leg.

We will apply a safe cleaning solution to the entire carpet to help break up the oily soils that have accumulated between regular cleaning appointments. At this time we’ll also address any special spots/stains with our spotting products. We’re educated and trained on how to identify and remove stains, there are times a stain may be permanent however we have a high success rate at removing most spots/stains.

We use our truck mounted carpet cleaning machine to rinse and extract the soil leaving your carpet soft, fresh, and clean.

We pride ourselves on our ability to get the carpet dry quickly so you can get back to normal life with little interruption as possible. We do multiple dry passes that remove excess moisture from the carpet, as well as use carpet drying fans to aide in the process.

We offer carpet protector application after your carpet is cleaned as an additional and optional service. The protector creates an “invisible shield” that helps your vacuum remove the soils that build up over time. It also penetrates the fiber improving your carpet’s stain resistance.

Tile & Grout
Cleaning

tile and grout cleaning

We use a self contained pressure washing system specifically for tile & grout, and garage floors. Our truck mounted cleaning process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other hard surface floors. The system generates water pressure of 400 up to 1500 P.S.I. and water temperature of approximately 210-230 degrees to loosen and extract years of soil and contaminants. Our tile & grout floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which adheres the cleaning disk to the floor, and confines the water spray inside the 14″ disk. There is virtually no over spray to worry about. The vacuum hose draws away the water, along with the dirt, to a containment tank on our truck, and we dispose of the wastes in accordance with EPA regulations. We can restore you tile and grout to approximately 80-90% of its original luster. Some stains, (red wines, koolaid, dyes ect) will not entirely come out as they have dyed the grout lines. But the combination of heat, water pressure, and detergent will remove most staining.

GROUT SEALING

We have a selection of a variety of sealers for your tile and grout floors. Each sealer we carry has its own purpose and use depending on the type of tile and grout or stone you have. Some repel water, and others repel water and oils. And some are specifically designed for floors with a high porosity such a brick, slate, limestone and concrete.

Please feel free to read below and learn about our rug cleaning process.

Rug Inspection: Our pre-inspection process is a two step process. While picking up the rug for cleaning, we check for any pre-existing damage and look at the structural integrity of the rug. Once the rug is back at our rug cleaning studio, we then being to the testing the rug by doing a dye-bleed test. In situations where we’re dealing with pet urine, we also test the rug using UV light to locate urine deposits within the rug. The pre-inspection process is a crucial part of the rug cleaning process to ensure your woven treasures are handled with care and are washed safely.

Rug Dusting: We consider rug dusting one of if not the most important step to a great rug cleaning. Years ago you may remember your grandmother or mother taking the rugs outside, hanging them over a clothesline, and beating the dust out of them. This was usually done after a good vacuuming. It was amazing to watch just how much dust came flying out. Fast forward to now and we have similar super charged yet safe rug dusting process. Depending on the size of the rug, our rug dusting machine can remove pounds of damage causing dust, soil, and particulate that his hidden within the rug’s foundation. Every rug we clean gets a thorough rug dusting before it is washed.

Fringe Prep: A beautiful clean fringe can really set off any oriental rug. Rug fringe is usually cotton fiber and like any other cotton fiber it can become discolored, yellow, or brown over time. In our plethora of rug cleaning products we do have products that are specifically designed to clean rug fringe and tackle the discoloration, yellowing, and browning issues.

Pre-condition: The first step of the wet washing process is to pre-condition the rug. Pre-conditioning the rug allows a safe cleaning agent to begin breaking up the soiling that has bonded to the rug fiber. For rugs with pet damage, we have products specifically designed to break down the problem so that it can be completely removed from the rug.

Shampooing: Following the pre-conditioning process there are many times we apply an additional cleaner that we agitate gently into the rug with a rotary machine. This process breaks the bond of the soiling even more to help with stubborn soiling that needs a little extra attention and work. This part of the process ensures we have done everything we can to break up the soiling so that it can be rinsed away.

Rinsing: We rinse the rug thoroughly by passing lots and lots of clean water through the rug. The rinsing removes all of our cleaning products and the broken up soiling from the rug. We continue to rinse the rug until the water runs clear ensuring your rug receive the best rug cleaning possible.

Drying: After the washing process the rug is extracted and is typically hung to dry. There are some rugs that require to dry them flat on the ground. Whether we hang dry or have to flat dry your rug we make sure that the rug is dried properly.

Rug Finishing: Our rug finishing process can include multiple steps. It is during this process that we double check the fringe to ensure it is clean and vibrant looking. At this point we detail and groom the fringe as well. At this point in the process is when we would apply a fabric protection or moth treatment.

Post Inspection: The last step of the process is to post-inspect the rug. We are proud of our craftsmanship and level of experience we provide our clients. Any rug that leaves our rug cleaning studio will be clean and soft. You’ll be delighted, guaranteed. During this final step we also prepare the rug for pick up or delivery
